Anonymous are not "terrorists", as scientology claims. We are peaceful and only wish to educate the public about scientology abuses. Scientology claims they have received bomb threats from Anonymous, but it's more likely that scientology manufactured bomb threats against themselves as they have done in the past (google Operation Freakout)

Do not limit disconnection to just staff. I was asked to disconnect from my father and I was not staff. I just refused to do so. They wanted the money more than they cared about the potential effects my father was having on me.

Other than that it reads well to me.

Overall this statement is concise and well written. I definitely agree that the "staff" distinction should be removed. Public members are sometimes denied services until PTSness is handled, as was said earlier. In the sentence which begins "Anonymous will be passing out ...." I would de-emphasize Anonymous just a tad by substituting "Protestors." It's a tough call, but I think it is best to minimize descriptions of Co$ enemy tactics.
