The org in Quebec City closed officially the 8th of August for renovation to become the first francophone ideal org in the world. The plans were to have everything ready for November. To this date, there is no sign of renovation whatsoever. They only started to remove the Drugs panels in front of the windows this week.

According to this leak, they bought a building they could not afford. The leadership was not even for the idea. Now, they are talking about taking the pay of the staff to pay the taxes.

There is also talks of a Hubbard college of some sort. I don't think they can afford it, and with the media shit storm coming here, they have bigger problems to worry about.
