IKTM, I wasn't talking down to you, and I sincerely apologize if it came across that way. I was encouraging you to look into some of the recent research in climate change. the United States Geological Survey has some good data, the National Geographic archive has some very good data (and a ton of it).
on the note of CO2 emissions....stopping all together would destroy the ecosystem....the problem is that we dump more into the ecosystem than it can absorb or fix.
And regardless, I stand by my data and argument. Science may not hold all the answers or know all the questions, but we have a lot of them. Especially where paleoclimatology and geology is concerned.
